Câu hỏi thường gặp
Có cần tài khoản không? Không. Bạn scan và lưu bộ sưu tập trên máy mà không cần đăng nhập. Tạo tài khoản (Apple, Google hoặc email) để sao lưu và đồng bộ giữa các máy.
Giá lấy từ đâu? Giá tổng hợp từ thị trường quốc tế, chỉ mang tính tham khảo và có thể chênh với giá thực tế bạn mua bán.
Thẻ không nhận ra? Hãy đặt thẻ trên nền phẳng, đủ sáng, tránh loá và để thẻ nằm gọn trong khung. Thẻ tiếng Nhật trước Scarlet & Violet chưa được hỗ trợ; bạn vẫn có thể tìm thủ công.
Xoá tài khoản thế nào? Trong app: Tài khoản & cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & dữ liệu → Xoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn. Dữ liệu trên máy chủ được xoá trong vòng 24 giờ; bản sao lưu hết hạn trong tối đa 30 ngày.
Lấy bản sao dữ liệu của tôi? Trong app: Tài khoản & cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & dữ liệu → Yêu cầu bản sao toàn bộ dữ liệu — bạn nhận một file JSON tải về được trong 24 giờ.

Cardi lets you scan Pokémon TCG cards (English and Japanese) with your camera to identify them, check reference prices and manage your collection on your phone — even offline.
FAQ
Do I need an account? No. You can scan and keep your collection on your device without signing in. Create an account (Apple, Google or email) to back up and sync across devices.
Where do prices come from? Prices are aggregated from international markets, for reference only, and may differ from what you actually pay or receive.
A card isn't recognized? Place it on a flat, well-lit surface, avoid glare and keep it inside the frame. Japanese cards before Scarlet & Violet aren't supported yet; you can still search manually.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Account & settings → Privacy & data → Delete account permanently. Server data is deleted within 24 hours; backups expire within 30 days at most.
How do I get a copy of my data? In the app: Account & settings → Privacy & data → Request a copy of all my data — you get a JSON file you can download for 24 hours.
