Dữ liệu Cardi xử lý
- Không có tài khoản: bộ sưu tập, cài đặt và lịch sử scan chỉ nằm trên điện thoại của bạn.
- Có tài khoản: địa chỉ email (do nhà cung cấp đăng nhập — Apple, Google hoặc email — cung cấp), bộ sưu tập, binder, cài đặt và giá trị bộ sưu tập theo ngày, để sao lưu và đồng bộ giữa các máy.
- Khi scan: app gửi đặc trưng ảnh và số thẻ đọc được để nhận diện. Ảnh không được lưu trừ khi bạn bật "Giúp cải thiện nhận diện". Khi đã đăng nhập, kết quả nhận diện (không kèm ảnh) được lưu tối đa 12 tháng.
- Chỉ khi bạn đồng ý: thống kê sử dụng ẩn danh (VD scan thành công hay không, thêm thẻ) gắn với một mã ngẫu nhiên không liên kết với tài khoản, lưu 90 ngày; báo lỗi ứng dụng (crash) không kèm email, tên hay địa chỉ IP. Bạn tắt được bất cứ lúc nào trong Quyền riêng tư & dữ liệu; mã ngẫu nhiên được tạo mới khi bật lại.
Cardi không thu thập ngày sinh, số điện thoại hay vị trí, và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Người dùng phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên để tạo tài khoản.
Lưu trữ và bảo vệ
Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu tại Singapore trên Amazon Web Services và Neon (cơ sở dữ liệu, chạy trên hạ tầng AWS Singapore), mã hoá khi lưu và khi truyền (TLS). Bộ sưu tập của bạn là riêng tư.
Bên thứ ba
- Amazon Web Services — lưu trữ, đăng nhập (Amazon Cognito).
- Neon — cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL (Singapore).
- Resend — gửi email mã đăng nhập (địa chỉ email và mã đi qua Resend, Hoa Kỳ).
- Apple, Google — chỉ khi bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản của họ.
- Sentry — báo lỗi ứng dụng, chỉ khi bạn đồng ý.
- Google (Gmail) — hộp thư nhận email bạn gửi tới support@ / privacy@ (bản gốc lưu trên AWS tối đa 7 ngày).
Quyền của bạn
- Xuất dữ liệu: Yêu cầu bản sao toàn bộ dữ liệu trong app — file JSON tải được trong 24 giờ.
- Xoá tài khoản: Xoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn trong app — dữ liệu trên máy chủ bị xoá trong 24 giờ, bản sao lưu hết hạn trong tối đa 30 ngày.
- Rút lại đồng ý thống kê và báo lỗi bất cứ lúc nào.

Privacy policy
Data Cardi processes
- Without an account: your collection, settings and scan history stay on your phone only.
- With an account: your email address (provided by your sign-in provider — Apple, Google or email), collection, binders, settings and daily collection value, to back up and sync across devices.
- When scanning: the app sends image features and the card number it reads to identify the card. Images are not stored unless you turn on "Help improve recognition". When signed in, recognition results (without images) are kept for up to 12 months.
- Only with your consent: anonymous usage statistics (e.g. whether a scan succeeded, cards added) tied to a random ID not linked to your account, kept for 90 days; crash reports without email, name or IP address. You can turn this off at any time in Privacy & data; a new random ID is created if you turn it back on.
Cardi does not collect your date of birth, phone number or location, and does not sell personal data. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Storage and security
Account data is stored in Singapore on Amazon Web Services and Neon (database, running on AWS Singapore infrastructure), encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Your collection is private.
Third parties
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, sign-in (Amazon Cognito).
- Neon — PostgreSQL database (Singapore).
- Resend — sends sign-in code emails (your email address and the code pass through Resend, United States).
- Apple, Google — only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Sentry — crash reporting, only with your consent.
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox that receives emails you send to support@ / privacy@ (the original is kept on AWS for at most 7 days).
Your rights
- Export: Request a copy of all my data in the app — a JSON file you can download for 24 hours.
- Delete: Delete account permanently in the app — server data is deleted within 24 hours, backups expire within 30 days at most.
- Withdraw consent for statistics and crash reports at any time.
